Chinese government actually really supports this kind of stuff because China is legitimately overpopulated, and people who want to move with entire families actually get even more benefits
hence, a lot of people actually move from china to live in Europe or US

I got a feeling thats actually a issue, they could basically 5 man party solo queue. I dont like it.

it's not possible for Chinese players to queue outside of their region because they have to remove their account from "Perfect World" register/server etc. He's probably a Chinese guy who left China and moved to EU/US.
I think ‘chinese’ is maybe a catch-all for Asian alphabet...
It isn’t one guy btw even when you have strict solo matchmaking on you sometimes get pseudo-parties of ‘chinese’ if you play early in the day EU time.
If you check there played with history you see they regularly are in the same games but they don’t come up as parties in the post-match stats page.

I see alot of players that have over thousand games on China server that play on EU West, anyone know why?
There can be a full team of players with atleast half of their total matches on China server.
