Actually good players wake up more focused and play better if you all chat such things and karma strikes you back. This method is so old that I think only kids are affected by that.

what i do in pubs which i shouldnt do but im a fucking kid and i dontc are is i pause when i kill enemy midlaner or if i kill someone

When my own team does that, I usually give up and feed to end the game faster
everytime I saw someone mock the enemy each time they have an edge, lose their edge and eventually losing, so, no thank you.
maybe it's not working in my bracket (3k ish), it brings enemy to their ego and made them play more carefully and steady.

1- spamming "?" everytime he dies or tries to gank you and fails
2- spamming "Good game, well played" in all chat using chatwheel after each creep you deny in lane
3- laughing in a provoking way every while like , "jajaja noob void reported xDDD"
