The hero was good and now they buffed it big time.
But heh, in my bracket, the hero is irrelevant because nobody, including me, knows how to play with it.
Considering how broken it is, I might learn and spam the hero.
Io requires communication and planing thats why it works in pro scene and sucks dicks in pubs.
Im example of the one whos not sucks at pub, but boys please remember never pick io first game in calibration or you can end up like me, the range of skill was huge.
Didn't play with that bad players before calibration.
About wisp: i love any change, these are really good but again and again kids, this is not like your fucking jugg, doesn't matter if hes buffed or nerfed still requires something what not other heroes does.
So please don't put io to the category "is it good now?"

I dont understand how you didnt noticed this before, but calibration invites people who didnt played dota in a long time and they suck, they dont understand the meta, they dont read patchnotes they just want to see if they gonna get higher this time, i mean you can see this info when you enter dota, before was 400k of daily players now its almoast double around 800k. Bunch of those people just want to calibrate and they suck but they think Gaben will bless them with higher rank, so they get disapointed and just wait for next one.
It was always like this, in about 2-3 weeks maybe a month ladder will stabilize and you will get your normal games with players you are used to play with.
Overall the new patch sucks, its all about late game, and none of the things u do matter anymore , the meta is archon gaming style , get 4 carry one sup drag late and win , guys like me who play support have no value in the game , whatever i do , it all depend on the carries , no point , gaben just made dota pointless with this patch

This is very relevant link, idn how the hell you can say its all about lategame not even one games from these went lategame.(only 7.21)
Pick strong midgame supports(theoretically every supp) if you want finish game earlier, check players ranks and stats, don't tend to supp only safelane, often you can rekt their safe by completing combos like axe, bb, abbadon +aggressive support
if you play wisp - tanky core is a key for winning games.
