^ actually I already tried 2 games playing with espirit in 3.9 bracket and won, so I asked this here if do I need to continue spamming it until 4.5 atleast. Any advice can help.

es can take you to infinite mmr , the hero grows stronger as you go higher in mmr , if you will not get bored and serious about spamming and learning he is good .

It doest matter what you spam, If you are good enough at a hero you spam you will get 5k.
ES is fun way to do it though
