Make it a habit to ask yourself a question every 30 seconds about what you are doing rn (if you are a support - i guess you are if you want to have better decision making in the laning phase). Later on it will come naturally.

Gem is like poor man's Meka. You buy an early Gem and your idiots will start grouping around you as if you were their Queen Bee.

You die = game over mentality

also ezest way to increase apm is hold right click to auto right click thingy + well look around the map and position ur camera more
