He likes trying to outplay his opponents while not building BKB - instead trying to evade their spells, and use correct timings on his own spells and items to negate the potential effect of his enemy's spells.

Don't jump into the range of it when it's off CD, the guy has mana and isn't disabled. That's what I mean by evading spells/items.
maybe because of 17k damage to building?? Do you know that cookie does not hate the enemy to run after kills but hates the Enemy Ancient? HE REALLY HATES ENEMY ANCIENT and want to crush it asap!
