Why valve always gives me good teammates while my enemy so retarded? it always happened to me sometimes after i win like 8-9 streak then next game valve always giving me good team and my enemy team is just so retarded. im stuck at 3.5 3.6 i can't go to 2k because of retard enemy. any tips guys?

I'm in the same server, I'm getting good teammates for the last many games which helped me to get to 3k. When u are positive and rarely flame anyone I'm sure u will get better games
