in my experience str heroes can avoid it with force/euls. in teamfights u usually get stunned or ur target gets pushed
still ridiculous for pickoffs and does great damage vs towers
ive seen people buy it on bane, and apparently it works on bat

Yeahit workes on bat. With say 5 stacks of napalm if you do the combo correctly you can do a shitton of damage before they can leave the stun. And while they’re stunned you can add 2 more napalms and just stay on top of them. It’s amped by napalm too. And it allows batrider something he was pretty bad at, pushing towers after a won fight
Really good if you get aghs with it. Even without aether lens, you can just barely hit towers with it while burrowed without being within tower truesight range.
cast stun and cast meteor hammer immediately, its that simple
if ur worried / they have bkb u can cast the stun from farther away so u are channeling before the stun hits

700 magic damage, impossible to avoid when chained with stun. Obviously won't work perfectly in anything but a pickoff scenario, but can still be useful for tower chip damage/the later half of teamfights
