No it doesn't count. Only regular AP and turbo counts. No bot matches. You can check your total matches played on your dotabuff profile
Turbo really shouldn't count. Just encourages smurfs and anyway, gives you a totally unrepresentative hidden MMR if you take it seriously.
agree, been seeing a lot of cancerous players in Turbo recently cause many are taking it seriously now. turbo was originally created solely for fun and just relaxing rather than another cancerous game mode.

i am aware all unranked game modes count towards the 100 games but does coop vs ai count as well?
also aside from checking your profile, is there a console command to verify how many games have been played?
