there are 3++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ millions of players in dota2
90% of them don't even use dotabuff and don't have privacy options disabled so how does one make rating out of 10% players who actually have privacy options dissabled
give it time, people will enable the shit out of that. its more fun to compete with other nerds than just 'nerd' a game and a way to see how good you are motivates.
they charge for it u should pay 6/mom to see ur rating.....it called dotabuff plus... it sucks!!!
DBR rating/percentile display is completely gone - it wasn't updating (due to privacy changes) and was causing confusion. Also to clarify: Plus does not let you see your rating - they have nothing to do with each other.
