There is no such thing as a DotA2 Maphack. Sick of this starting just cause people don't understand the mechanics of the game or get out-played and instantly decide that it is a maphack because how can someone possibly be that good.

and yeah, u can be fully aware of things around u. doom has an ac, when he comes , the ac debuff will show up so u can tell if hes closeby.

You know you can get the IP of the server from the console and tunnel it, that sometimes helps the ping or package loss at least.
It is a bug in Dota 2 that auras are active on invisible units:

Read a bit about the system valve is distributing the packages including the informations on who is who. Prolly it is hackable, but then the hacker would have to do the following things.
Find the IPs of one of the enemys players, hash the traffic ongoing to that player, analyse it and then somehow feed his dota with the packageinformations of that certain player.
It might be doable, but it would be quite a hard work.
They don't have tech 50 years ahead cause well we live in the now, but neither do game crackers who refuse to play a fair game.
We all live in the now and steams anti cheat system is constantly being updated and is among the safest to play on. No system is fool proof but Valve have enough going for them that when a game is cracked they would be able to catch on and kill the root issue.
It is an open system so there is some modifications you can make to help give you an edge but nothing that would demean the integral DotA2 gaming architecture.

There are countless games that cannot be hacked and anything you find on youtube or some file sharing site is nonsense most of the posts are bot games or in house where people parade some troll bug or mod they have found that only works out of the live platform or in UAT.
To reinstate this travisty of an OP, there is no "maphack" for DotA2 not to say that there may not oneday be one but when the time comes I am sure Valve will catch on and nip it quickly.

@TnA.Havoc there is one, i stated it, yet i highly doubt there is anyone who is able to do that interested in doing it for a game.
What you are talking about is likened to packet sniffing or a similar process as all of the data would be coming straight from the server.
How you would even begin would take too long for any sort of hack to either work or be practical. The Valve Anti Cheat system also picks up on things like this and it would result in an account ban, I would honestly admire the person who manages to do this.
Problems with a possible hack:
Hash/Packet sniffing takes time and as soon as you were to connect you would have to set it off as the hash strings would be different presumably each time. By the time you had all you needed to get some sort of UI based hack going the game would be well underway and you might even face a DC or even a VAC ban should the system pick up on something like this.
@Grüner Samt I do agree with you on both fronts, yes it is possible and yes, any script bunny or veteran coder would neither have the time to do this or have a practical lasting solution.
If you knew how to do this, wouldn't you want to put knowledge of that extent to maybe even bigger things?
A real maphack is just not possible with this system. You could still have a spy on the other team or someone watching the game tell you things during a pause...but there is no way to maphack. The information you need to steal can't be stolen because it does not exist.
In dota 1 the fogged part of the map was merely hidden, it was still sent to you. In dota 2 you never get it. Even if somehow magically you could get it..."somehow feed his dota with the packageinformations of that certain player." This part would still make it impossible. You nearly have to write a new version of dota 2 and update it every patch.
The matchmaking system makes the spy situation extremely unlikely unless you are in a private game. People can watch a livestream on another screen during a pause longer than 2 min...but that is the only way to get maphack type information. In tournaments even that is precluded by the delay being extended to 6 min.
