Having no death isn't 100% related to which item you bought. It is related to Pick,Positioning,teammate and experience and still if the other team is good you will rarely finish no death

Mostly you have no deaths by winning the game so quickly and decisively you don't have time to make a mistake. I find my no deaths games are usually short. Although for carries it can be longer.

^ with regards to that game, does the dodge get triggered by a roshan death? or by first blood? or is just pretty much if they don't pick hero it's a flawless dodge regardless of what happens?
