First blood isn't the only thing we use to determine whether a game counted or not. Unfortunately the process isn't 100% precise - we just don't have enough information to know for sure either way.

then the guys who died abandoned does the game still count to dotabuff? game ended at 0:40, it counted on my dota page as first blood happened.
