General DiscussionI played captain's mode for the first time today

first you must know something for the captain mode
1. They want you to follow the rules to win, but actually most of them cant do it well, even they are doing it
2. Dota 2 is open beta now(so what's happening on lol happening on dota 2), if you think you fail because you teammate say so, see the replay about how bad your performance, but not by what they say
3. I rarely come here, so don't trying to reply me, but feel free to add me at steam(also rarely play dota 2 cause open beta... still a nice game anyway)

Never solo queue for captains mode, total waste of your time.

There are many levels of dota play. Unless you are on Alliance or Navi there are dota players who are far better than you --- teams who will make you look like a nub. Eventually you will encounter people who are much better that you if you keep playing. Don't take it too hard.
Pro teams get crushed by other pro teams too.

Captains pick is for when you want to try hard. Most people on it are in a stack of 5. If you solo queue chances are you will be playing against a team with superior communication/synergy. Stick to other modes unless you have a stack.

If you select solo queue u should hopefully not face other stacks...

captains mode is a waste of time just like this casual game overall

Glad they sucked so hard, cause otherwise we were out-drafted haha. Though there was some strategy in there (bane and Spirit Breaker to counter naix, SD to counter Bat, QoP cause she's the strongest Mid etc)
