As long as they are having fun doing it - on top of that they might improve in the progress and end up kicking your ass. Dota2 can be played on many different levels, if it was not for the casuals players(like most of us, included me), we would have no game.
But jah, to improve your win rate by 4% is far from a walk in the park.
