In dota 1 I once encountered a team that took try harding for fake wins even a step further than this. They played every game apomntnmnbnc...so no creep spawn and towers are only mid and there is no jungle. This way the only option is 5v5 mid team fights. Then they also put a thrower 6th man on the enemy team who would play tiny and toss enemy heroes to them for easy kills. This way they got super high KDA and winrates no matter who they played against...of course people would not join their game again, but there are so many players there were always more who didn't know yet. They would disguise the name of their game so it looked like a legit game to fool people into joining.
That is the sort of thing that Valves matching has made extremely difficult. For all the improvements I wish they would make, they have at least got the state of the pub game past the extremely unfair games found in dota 1 pubs.

Back when I played WoW, there were russian groups who sold top 0.5% rating for real money, they did this queue in non-sense time against each other thing, and if they got lucky at the start, they got enough high mmr so there weren't too many teams and they had a better chance to play against each other. If queue didnt pop at the same time, they simple didnt go in. Did this with multiply teams to climb on each other till they reached top rating, then invited anyone who had the money for one spot and won some games against their other accounts... Quiet smart but still disgusting. They advertised their offer in every possible channel in-game, and once we played with a normal team at a non-sence hour and got a weird high-mmr team with only russian characters as names and they insta-left, so from these we figured out it was the case, dont require too much detective skills.
I suppose its something similar.
This nearly 100% winrate would be believable if they had more deaths. Its okey to find the BEST tactic to win games (no its not, but okey, lets say there is one), that works against anyone except tournament-level players. Some sick speed-push. But that should still mean way more deaths... I mean, after checking games anyone can see they arent against top players, but it wouldnt have been obvious only from the stats that easily.
