Morphling - No comment. One of my favorite heroes, I still think he's great.

The fact that sprint no longer needs mana, will mean he will probably appear in competitive games more as he has less of a mana issue. And replacing sprint with another nuke will just make him a hero that doesn't fit the game.
I guess Morphling doesn't need any buffs at all. He is a pain in the ass to kill, has a flash farming ability, one-shots supports, very good late game, a hard carry that is good in a solo lane. His bad sides are a lot too I guess he is not being picked right now because the hard carry meta is simply gone.
Pugna should get a buff, dudes like crap nowadays. Far too much of a situational hero. Bad laning too.
Morphling used to be a great hero when ethereal blade was not nerfed..now he needs a shit load of farm and cant kill heroes with a linkens sphere as good as weaver does...m sorry i think morphling needs a chg badly..
Slardar needs a farming ability because he needs a fast blink...if u look at other heroes such as centaur,axe,es,sven... they all have a skill which greatly helps them in farming or getting gold faster den slardar.
Meepo-Well he can be easily killed and harassed because he has shit dmg...
Pugna simply needs a STR buff and he will be a first ban. 6.79 meta really made that hero so good in most cases.

Seriously morphling can be easily countered early game and no ways r u gonna kill early game with ur wave!
Early game it has decent dmg..But look at the side effects-It can be dodgeable 2)morphling is putting his life in danger just by diving in! who knws a hero like centaur or riki is waiting for u to make a mistake den plaunder u !

Meepo needs buffs and nerfs. He isn't difficult, the only people that think he is are people that NEVER, EVER play him at all. Play him for like 10 or so games and you will see that he isn't that difficult, especially since aghs was introduced. Before that he was difficult, you peaked mid-late game, you were shit before that and shit late game. The current one is buffed so much late game its crazy, but nerfed earlier on too because of items like smoke, ward restrictions, vision down, etc. Low base damage doesn't mean much when he should be protected early on.
Drow/Sniper are both shit heroes, and I'm more than happy for that to stay the case.
Pugna is a mid hero, taking him into a side lane kinda destroys him
Ask again in a month. I'm pretty sure it's far too early to say anything constructive about the relative power of all the heroes right now.
Same goes for storm spirit..ppl who try laning storm in other lanes often make the biggest mistake of their life!
I think Drow Ranger's ultimate needs re-working, it's really pathetic.
Other than that, I can't really think of any heroes that I can genuinely consider underpowered.
I wnt all range heroes to have atleast 550 range..sum of dem have pathetic range and lina has 650 range plus her nukes!

His stun is physical damage... try casting your ultimate before stunning and telling me that. It's extremely powerful early game and falls off as people get more armor.
I find Morphling the crappiest hero of them all, becouse i can't fucking play im. Too bad with him, and god i find him damn fun to play but nah...
Sniper needs buff badly. Something like 2-3 extra starting strength, movement speed +10 will make the diffrence.
I agree that Morph is weak. Super mana hungry early and a slow farmer since you can't pick up BF... nor do you have a low cost flash farm ability (Gyro). Most carries can outfarm him easily...
Space Cow has been nerfed to shit tier also. He probably needs a rework (as nobody wants the old SB back).
Leshrac does need a buff i agree on tht plus he needs a bit more ms i think!
Rubick doesnt need any buff ! He is ok as a support and probably the thg i said morphling is true...Shitty hero and needs a shit load of farm! Still cant guarantee a win tho

The recent changes made to dota was a welcome sign i think...seriously broodmother nd bloodseeker needed a buff badly since ppl hardly play dem (in my opinion they r kinda boring after all) So which all heroes need a buff according to u?
My suggestions are-
Morphling- Seriously after the eb nerf it stole all the fun of plying dis hero..right nw he is amongst those heroes with least win percentage.
Geomancer- Not only is this hero hard to play..but look at his base damage! he is a fucking melle hero and that damage is simply ridiculous!
Slardar- Ok this hero is ok in some games! But sprint in my opinion is a waste skill and shud b replaced with a nice farming ability..bcoz i wanna c more of slardar in competitive games...oin my opinion he needs a buff too!
