AFK (but still in game) is "abandon the game" . and count as lost in Dotabuff in General Discussion

    Last weekend I played a game http://dotabuff.com/matches/360092083
    and our team is owning. I think we can win for sure 4v5 so I told my teammates I am going to afk, so that I can make myself a instant noodle bowl.
    When I was back I found red line game abandoned by whoji safe to leave, though I was still in game afk'ing.

    Dotabuff shows it was a DIRE victory (i am in DIRE), but strangely dotabuff shows it was a lost game in my match history.

      abandoned games are always considered a loss. 5 minutes is not an instant noodle bowl....

          If you afk too long in a game it'll flag you as abandoned.
