Hi I'm The Carry role on Virus Gaming, This pressure is a new team. Before i join Mys Team to go alot of competitive.We not very famous on the country but we famous on the country Area. Because at the Area we go to Join LAN and Online Tounament. So i get alot experience and Now i want to performce a future team.

READ THIS FIRST!
1.) Able to accept criticism ; This is an iron clad rule for any successful team we don't accept BS like (Dude i know what i'm doing F**K off !) we are playing as 5 and progress as 5.
2.) Age minimum 18 for maturity issues. ( im not very stringent with this i've known people younger than 18 years of age behaving maturely, i will make decisions about this after trialing you.)
3.) Commitment. (I'm flexible with commitment issue im sure you will have your real life stuff to attend to same for me GF stuff and studies ; i will give a gauge of what im expecting attending 3-4/5 training sessions.)
4.) Emotional Intelligence. (EG. Raging, we have no tolerance for such players, we win/lose as a team no blame game.)
5.) Have Mic and SKYPE. (Obvious reasons ease of communications.)
6.) Level of game understanding Scale : 6 as minimum .(Yes 6 seems low but i believe skills can be honed over 7.) time im more of looking at your mental traits how determined are you to improve ? are you willing to watch replays of high level dota ? and eventually emulate their success ?)
8.) Role understanding. (EG. Role 3 what should you be doing ? rotate gank ? pull ancients ? jungle ? etc Role 1 when to join the fight ? when to farm ? when not to farm ?.)
9.) Good com and internet. (Obvious reason....)
10.) Speak good English.( we do not want to spend half the time figuring out what you're trying to say.)
