To give this topic closure I guess I will post here.

I'm sorry but this match will not be removed from your Dotabuff profile. If and when Valve puts information in the API that confirms if a game counts or not then Dotabuff will retroactively fix all matches and recalculate records.

We can't open the flood gates to manually delete games from people's profiles, otherwise over 9000 people a day will request games to be removed.
