I play starcraft 2 WoL or HOTS casually a game or 2. In Platinum league not playing as much as I used to due to dota.
I play (in order of frequency):
Dota 2 (used to be a lot. A bit less now with all the ping/spike BS I get in Kazakhstan)
Might & Magic: Duel of Champions - a really good CCG by Ubisoft with a horrible Community Management (I might say that I am learning from their mistakes)
Civilization V - once a week was common, slightly less now. One of the best series ever made. I just wish I didn't take Civilization V two major updates (G&K, BNW) to get a bit more complex/interesting that Civilization IV.
Super Hexagon - I used to start it up at least daily, spending 10-15 minutes to shake off the Dota 2 frustration. Less Dota - less SuperHexagon. Still a very nice/simple game.
Stepmania - I have a HUGE collection of songs, so this bad boy takes ages to load. Play it once a week for an hour or so. Usually when I feel like relaxing.
Some Games I've finished and I find them extremely good:
BioShock series. All of the are great. Really liked the B: Infinite. Simply amazing.
Witcher 1/2 - a truly deep and meaningful RPG with boring/tedious fights. The Story makes up for it big time. Definitely recommend at least a single run.
Mass Effect - One of the best series ever made (IMO). The Story overall is not that innovative, but the Characters, the Side-Quests, the Gameplay are all top-notch. Love it. When it comes to RPG's, the only thing that is better than Witcher/Mass Effect is:
Knights of the Old Republic - simply put: The Best RPG ever made. It is my personal opinion of course, but this game has everything. It had everything in 2003, beating Witcher/Mass Effect series with a superior and smarter combat that feels a lot more like an RPG should feel. And the story and characters on it are comparable to the aforementioned titles.
Fallout - play all of them. The 1&2 are kind of outdated (they didn't age as well as KotOR did... and they are older). The Fallout 3 and New Vegas definitely deserve a go.
TellTale games: Tales of Monkey Island, The Walking Dead, Back to the Future and Sam and Max are all great adventure games. Sam and Max is probably the best, with the most charismatic characters and amazing dialogues.
The Banner Saga - amazing game. It is short, but leaves quite a lot of good memories. Kind of like Space Rangers, but linear. Space Rangers are simply awesome, though a bit dated now.
King's Bounty - Superb, Awesome, Amazing. It truly shows that Russia can produce amazing AAA titles, if they try to. Heroes of Might and Magic V by Nival are only a little bit worse, but hey, it has a multiplayer!
Dishonored - a nice stealth game with RPG elements. The story was a bit Meh though. Could be a little less obvious.
Tomb Rider - the last installment is actually a superb game with not-so-explicitly-sexualised Lara (still not sure how I feel about it) and a very anti-climactic ending. Deserves a run. The Original Remake Trilogy of Prince of Persia is still better. (Yhh... we have a remake of the Prince of Persia remake...)
That's already quite a lot, so I'll stop for now))
I most exclusively play small games now (5-10 hr to beat): recent ones: FTL. swapper, rogue legacy. and those random humble bundle games.
big ones I occasionally play: civ5. HoMM3. dirt2
i play csgo extra casually. to relieve my stress from playing dota.
i shoot anywhere i like. Negev madafaka
@KawaiiSocks
KOTOR - the best RPG ever? I know that feel.
Lately, I don't play much, but my all-time favorites:
Devil May Cry 3, 4 - The best video game in it's genre. An the best video game series ever for me.
Guilty Gear XX: Reload - the best fighting game available on PC.
Street Fighter 4 - not best fighting game available on PC, but I fell in love with Juri.
Dungeon Crawl Stone Soup - easily understandable rogue-like with nice tile graphics.
Diablo 2 Median XL - while I was never able to go past second difficulty in original Diablo 2, I stuck playing this amazing mode for a whole year, and still didn't manage to get all content of it.
Warcraft III. Also, I've begun playing both Dungeon Keepers lately. Oh, the memories. Lasty I sometimes play starbound with my friends.
Battlefield 4:
Ez tank 57 kill streak yesterday
Borderlands 2
Played so much got 7 legendary shit
Ass effect 3
All multiplayer things unlocked. Fuck story. Ending is shit
CivV
Awesome shit
CnC series
Love all but Tib4
Guild wars 2
Been a long time since i last played(2 weeks)
Need someone to play with
Skyrim with shitloads of mods
Every fucking day. Even more than dota
Source of my avatar is my dragonborn
I play most FPS games my PC can handle like CS:GO, TF2 and L4D2. I also like Hearthstone after a very hard game of Dota. It really relaxes your shit.
i play all the new released single player games
was playing titanfall alot in the beta
i play heartstone from time to time
Grinding some Exp in Runescape from time to time
and thats about it
Well those were games I play regularly. If I listed everything I have played like in the last year or two list would be huge, and even bigger if I list games I own but haven't played (200 steam games, another 25 off gog).
But yes, mass effect 2 and 3, amazing. 3 gets a bad rap even though it's a stellar game. Ending was sketchy but so what? Gameplay was sweet.
Dead space series, awesome, though 3 took a major step back.
Walking Dead, I finished this in 3 days, couldn't put it down. Might be the best game I've played in a year.
Bastion, sweet indie platformer type. Need a controller though.
Skyrim, sweet rpg, a bit too open for my tastes.
Dragon age origins, epitome of rpg games for me, best one ever. 2 is good but drastically different, a bit of a step back in quality.
i buy some indie games in find interesting @ steam but normally i only end up playing them for a few hours
@ Kawaii Socks
Agreed on the bioshock series. Great game. I bought it on special last christmas for $10.00 Turned back to it and beat it on the hardcore mode. Game graphics were sweet, story line etc. Apparently there is no other ending to the game though no matter what decisions I made along the way. Too bad! (Won't spoil it for everyone else)
try this out

Does anyone play any other pc games besides dota? I don't play anything multiplayer but have a billion steam games from all the damn sales. But every time I log on I just end up getting sucked right into dota anyway so don't know why I bother. I recently picked up max payne 3 and hit man absolution on sale though, want to get through those but who knows. I'd have time if I didn't dota every night!
My other big steam games I play often are civ4 and 5, faster than light, nba2k13 and this stupid tower defense game defense grid awakening. I mean it's not stupid, it's amazing, what's stupid is how many hours I have on it lol.
