Please don't take this wrong but it is because....
Medusa you are good with but as a player you aren't that good. Can a 1k MMR player with 100 winrate and 10KDA in 30 games get on the list? No.
It takes into account you as a whole player, it gauges difficulty of the matches, KDA, and winrate and assigns a hero score to you. While your score isn't bad it is a score achieved no where near on the same level as the players who are on the list.
Also keep in mind that your account is 8 months old and only DBR accounts could have gotten on that list but there has been some re discussion of reworking the list.

what does it take to be put on leaderboard? I have a Medusa with 60% success rate, 71% winrate, 42 matches, 4.4 KDA http://dotabuff.com/players/144110720/heroes, while a difference player has a 43% success rate, 66% winrate, 30 matches, 3.17 KDA and is ranked 43rd best Medusa... http://dotabuff.com/players/17637118/heroes
