if ur not mute u have to ask questions in terms of pings or yes/no questions.... Say type or voice chat, "should we push guys? 1 ping for yes, 2 for no".
Honestly I never have issues with muted players nor have I ever been muted. I think this is mainly on EU servers. Maybe more ethnic diversity makes people go nuts there?
There is no reason for it to exist, scoreboard mute did the job fine. it's just there to keep feeders (aka potential hat customers) from uninstalling.

This mute system reached new frustrating phase. I play games where whole team is muted. 30 minutes, you just read well played, get back, and stuff. You cant discuss about picks, about lanes, what should we do as team next. Ping limitation is also hilarious. It kills any possible will to play this game. And beside, it is incredible easy to get it. I honestly, dont remember when I got it and the reason why.
