Because you wouldn't win that game if you went for QW or QE right? EW is just a terrible idea. All it does is killing solo heroes with a SS/Meteor/Blast combo and needs you to have an Euls. Not even talking about the huge 575 mana cost and huge CD of the combo while you could just have double forge spirits/cold snap or tornado/EMP/cold snap to kill people that is way cheaper and less CD dependant. Also takes way less skill to execute.
Im not invoker expert, in fact my voker is quite horrible, but im pretty sure this is why you dont do WE voker
1. Quas spells are the best
2. You are ultra squishy
Oh and btw you forgot the real man weaver, level only swarm, geminate attack and stats, and rush vanguard. Invis is for scrubs. Time Rewinding is for scrubs.
that build is only good if you go push mode with heroes with auras like luna veng or chen furion lycan enchantress etc bla bla. in pubs its trash. might work if u face other trash players
@drophar If you were to stack auras, wouldn't Q-E still be better than E-W? You could have two extra forge spirits benefitting from auras (besides Lunar Blessing). I don't see how going W-E would be any more beneficial, with Alacrity being single target it's effectiveness doesn't change whether you have 1 person or 3 people next to you.
This is how you tell it's a low skill game
• Ember maxes Sleight of Fist first by level 7
• Phoenix maxes Dive by 7 and gets stats instead of Fire Spirits or Sun Ray
• Invoker's going W-E instead of Q-W or Q-E
• Naix is maxing Feast first
• CK got crit at level 4
• WD doesn't get heal until level 8 and is trying to rush Aghs (or Bloodstone)
@Androgynous i didn't say its better than qe, i only said that it might just be 'viable' if they were going for a push strat. qe is a lot better yes
Tornado do damage metor too, you can use the mana burn in the same way as a quas /wex and your defening blast is more useful. Btw meteor do area damage so I don't see how this build can be only used to solo heroes.

the build has a trash tornado, a trash deafening blast which is nothing but a nuke and then sunstrike and meteor. its like picking lina and never using the stun.
u know meteor is so easy to dodge if u dont combo it with other spells like tornado,,, plus. u have no ghost walk,u have no escape mechanism and u have no lane presence untill u actually are in a teamfight....
1). The reason why people go quas exort is to last hit hard with spirits with multiple nukes
2). The reason why people go quas wex is to have a dominant presence in teamfight and also u are not that squishy with escape mechanisms such as ghost walk. see if u go exort wax, u need to buy forcestaff, euls and prob drums too much money son!
3). Going exort wax is like in between.... why would u do that shit? why u need alarcrity? I'd rather get reliable stun like cold snap so i could gank.
and u cant really shut down someone in lane with wax exort..... quas wex, u can emp ,,,,, quas exort ur spirits help... quas is really important in laning stage because u dont need much regen items,, instead spend it on midas or your boots!

Why people never go Wex Exort invoker ? I think it's a very strong invoker and players are usually so much stupid they can't use a good build if they don't see some pro use it. I am by no mean an expert with invoker but my last game with him I used this build (only one point in quas for defening blast) and it worked quite easily.
