technically not hack. just some aids give you advantage see things like tower range. enemy hero range
notify you runes (if you ward there).
notify you enemy item build (if they are out of fog and seen by your team).
show enemy mana.
all the things that can be known if you click often enough (which you should)
a hack should be getting info from the server. not local client.
^Before you could check the enemy camera position, for some reason that info was on the local client until they changed it.

lol u could do this with console, icefrog patched it because bulldog used it in tournament matches when he picked sylla
No I dont think you can do this. You can see when cooldowns are up, you can see how much mana and health they have without clickiing on them and you can See where they are looking with their screen. You can also zoom out indefinetely. but you cant see anything in the fog since its server sided. Trust me, I know, I hacked before.
