If i recall our Lina reesembling the Dragon Slayer Lina was not Icefrogs idea but one of the previous editors of the dota map. Maybe he didnt enjoy the idea or he didnt want to stick to it. You could say the same about storm.

Depends, and basilus gives a lot of mana for Brewmaster.
And yes you can spam it however you should manage your mana that you will have ult+ clap by lvl 6
