It takes into account the skill level you're playing at.

TS your success rate is only 44.65%. I think success rate measures the hero score more closely than the win rate.
Is the official formula for calculating hero score published?
@riwu0730 skill bracket is basically another word for MMR which is the only real method of measuring skill at this point, so they use that into account with your winrate.

You dont have to play ranked games to be on that highscore list, so how would they find out your match making rating if you only play normal games?
