You are allowed to give helpful information, you are not allowed to say "WOW HOLY FUCK YOU NOOB WHY DIDN'T YOU STACK"
When I flame, my team doesn't listen, even when I'm right. 99% of the time I say helpful information, people listen, they say thank you, and they get it done right.

Being negative towards your team will make them less likely to play to the way you want them to, whereas there's no harm in being respectful to your teammates when you're giving them advice
Because When we do things that involve being directly negative its a "no no". But making fun of people behind their backs or indirectly being negative is morally okay. go figure humans.
Being polite doesnt work on ppl, its proven scientificly that kids only listen if u spank them rly hard ! ... And to be honest biggest part of this 8kk ppl in dota are virgin kiddos :S
people dont' even understand suggestions and 'teaching' a person how to do it next time in a 1v1 fight etc.. all the know is FLAME.
Once told a person to go max frostbite vs. nova for CM.. guy never cared, checked profile 48% winrate etc... Or telling a person to go damage doom... goes farming doom with radiance, we lost to spectre.
More then often people realise their mistake after they did it and they do hate it when people have to criticize their play when they themselves are making mistakes. Other then that, checking runes blah blah blah is a case of different MMR brackets. If you are truly better, you wouldnt even be playing with them.

I just dont understand it :S How someone is supposed to get better if he doesnt know what he does wrong?
Is this some kind of "I should be nice for ppl even if they represent nothing to me in real/game life" ? I understand flaming is bad but sayin someone he shouldnt EVER play on mid because he doesnt check runes doesnt roam doesnt. Fails to check map or anything.. what to do ? Quit game ?
