Reinstall your java, old version were making a pop up when they were detecting on the page you were visiting, that it was using a different version (even thought it could run them !!!! ).
Since i did that, i no longer have that prob

I reinstalled my java and it didn't solve the problem for me. :(
Weird thing is, it only happens when I'm on Dotabuff, and it doesn't only happen on my PC but also on my laptop.
I have the same problem.
I reinstalled java and erase cache of google chrome, but the problem persist.
