4. Well, I assume it works and it's a decent item if you're not going BKB. If you go bkb and Shivas you usually get low item slots for very effective items on PA. It could work if you're not 1.

About 3. i am not sure about proc in chrono. I played few games with void, where i never got spin inside chrono by axe. Not sure if % or just doesn't proc.
It procs in chrono, played a game yesterday vs an axe (i was void) and he was spinning the fuck out of me during chronosphere

2. Does Omniknight make dazzle look like a scrub ? i mean does repel debuff shallow grave and dazzles ult is negated by omnis ult.
3.Does culling blade proc even if axe is inside chrono? assuming fv hits axe.
4. Is Shivas a good pick up for PA against mkb heroes?
