Infact, Bloodstone is a very good lategame item because of the deathtime reduction, however:
Does your hero benefit from bloodstones stats? OR do you pay 5k+ gold for a shorter respawntime that could be replaced with another item + buyback.
Think yourself.
How about you have one lane of creeps in their base, they've just raxed you in another lane and a big teamfight has ensued, you're the only remaining person. Can you win? Yes, you BoT to their base... hang on a second, got bloodstone gotta blink the whole way...
Haven't you seen the video of medusa getting kited to hell and back cus she has like 6 divine rapiers and no boots? Am will be even worse cus he's melee. If you really want bloodstone get it instead of heart.
^ no it wont be worse because he can blink, + with abyssal he can lock down someone and quickly kill him/her
wtf no... bloodstone provides ridiculous mana regen and some hp/mana. if you want that, you can get stuff called STATS! linkens, manta, and hex provide that and are all viable on AM.
No... you need to rack up the charges on bloodstone from kills for the death-timer reduction to be actually worthwhile.
Besides, if you're getting the kills needed to charge up bloodstone on an AM, you don't need bloodstone for the death timer reduction since you can turn it rosh or push or at the very least force buybacks.
The only extreme case would be to use bloodstone suicide as a pseudo Mek then buying back into a checkmate.

At late stages of the game, let's say anti mage is 6 slotted. How bout replace his boots with bloodstone? He already have a decent base movement speed + manta's bonus. Bloodstone provides a good amount of hp for him too. It's main purpose should be reducing his respawn time. Is it viable?
