Alright let me point out the things wrong in this thread.
1st of all, does this have anything to do with dota 2? If it doesn't keep it at least a sane level rather than what it is now.
2nd of all, I KNOW when a brony wants to become an attention whore and rally other bronies to meet them. Sadly to say like the Soul Eater and Gurren Lagann Fandoms, the dota 2 community is probably where the largets dormant anti bronies are. I'm more active than the rest so I keep up bronies fanbase.
3rd, I also know if you did get a large brony push, you bet your ass it's going to be the same with the TF2 community. More MLP realated content. More reason to "capture" dota 2 for the bronies. Not saying the show was bad, it was OK for my taste of animation and age group, up until the 2nd season. (Couldn't finish the 2nd season, the fucks I give, and the "Plot service" was a little too much for my daily dose of Fanservice. If I wanted to be reminded of unneeded "reactions" I just watch HotD)
Finally, why post this thread at all? If it's bad publicity you wanted, you got hit. Anime fans already hate you for trying to convince us that you guys were better than anime and wanted to merge certain fandoms together. Tough luck trying to get Soul Eater, they don't like you as much either.

3) If I want to have dota x MLP related content, I don't have to do anything. There are already loads of it, you are just slow.
4) Is pretty much answered via reading ~5 lines of text in the actual post.

If you talk about Soul Eater anime, then don't put this crap nowhere near Gurren Lagann. Manga is good, but anime is terrible.
Also, my snarky remark, just for sake of being bad on the Internet:
In comparison to MLP Fandom, your examples do not deserve such a big word.
In terms of "fandoms" of one particular virtual product, only Vocaloid and Touhou fandoms can outrun MLP.
So, should I bash on you, Melody, for posting anime in a pony-thread?
@pony fan, oh sry im not into 3 years old shit, i prefer intelectual battles rather than glitter and ponies. But then again you meet all kinds of ppl on the internet.
@sunrise if you want something mature and serious(also gory) go for attack on titan. It takes some time to pick up(4 episodes or so) but it's really good. You can also try death note(my personal fav.) ig you're into detective stuff and intelectual chess fights

It was a struggle to remember all the characters in the show. So when one died or whatever you didn't feel an emotional attachment.

Since I was involved in that group of people I got introduced to Anime and while there are some good ones there is ALOT of trash and I understand why 'normal' people think anime watchers are oddballs.
I found attack of the titans fairly childish and predictable(I watched it because of all the hype I heard....) just because there is blood and death does not mean it holds some deep complex story line.

I watched death note cause a friend told me that it was great and shit, after the 15 episode i stop watching it because at the point the plot was just a joke.
There is no problem with watching animes, i watch cartoons ( the simpsons ), but trying to say that anime has a good storyline or plot is just ..... even more trying to say that people who watches anime is superior from the ones who watch ponies, same shit.
There is plenty of good shows on tv but no one talks about them in this forum, only about anime :/
