On a serious note, you need to have a strat, clearly defined roles and you need to envision what is your whole game plan, from 00:00 to the end of the match and stick to it.
^^if you are playing with much lower skilled friends tke like storm(you see to be good at him) or LC go bottle mid amd snowball hard.
perhaps because your picks didnt make any sense, if you are stacking you should be focusing on strats, you can be really agressive like slark/ursa + io, you can run 4 protect 1, etc, etc
You are too bad, or your friends are too bad. Avoid them or just play ez strats that work with noobs.
