Same bracket but playing with 350+ ping made all the differences.
These poor and uneducated dumb fucks even sometimes played with 500 ping in ranked games.
I don't have any problem with them since i used to queue in SEA or even USW server before.
But since i changed my fibre optic into ADSL2+ i'm forced to queue in Australia.
These tiny dick morons picking core heroes and probably heroes to troll their team.

The lion was freaking 4k+ who queued with bane (3.2k).
They couldn't speak English well and failed to communicate with top lane (spectre)
and after the trilane failed the bane went bot to feed bot lane
I really hate it when support try to help my lane but ended up feeding.

Statistically speaking, the enemy team should almost always have more retarded pinoys than yours, allowing you to climb out of that bracket with ease. If you can't climb out of the bracket, it's your fault too.
