erm actually the fountain buff is still there but the duration is kinda shorter. you have to use ur bottle charge way faster now.
yea might be, but i was actually pretty fast.
so i thought maybe they check if a spell happened inbetween too
maybe i was too slow tho..

when i slark jump after tp and take 1 bottle sip,
i normally still have 3 charges, because fountain buff remains for some time.
but now i have 2
looks like they changed the time, or check for spell interaction.
dunno.
anyone else noticed this?
