The steam cash would have to be valuable to someone on dotabuff to count for a valid membership.
Maybe they could accept steam items (having to equal a certain value), then they can use that money for giveaways for promoting the site.
This would be a way that they could convert the steam money into value for their site?
Well I was thinking I could totally trade a friend some cosmetics worth like $10 if they gave me Dotabuff Plus, but there's no gifting option at all so it's not possible.
I have time that I would like to take from my account and give to friends or hold forum contests for, however this option isn't available.

I wish I could convert my steam wallet funds to Dotabuff Plus but obviously that won't be happening, so I was hoping to trade some in game cosmetics for Dotabuff Plus.
