high is like 3300+ or something and very high is 390+
not all games in the API have the bracket listed.
High 3200+ confirmed, very high around 3.8, 3.9.
But seriously stop it with the same question over and over again.
Use google next time.

What causes one match to fall in high vs very high? Average MMR among all players or does each player have to hit the minimum threshold for that bracket (e.g. everyone is at least 3700)?

Under matches on some heros it says high skill or very high skill some say nothing.
What does that mean exactly?
The game was high skill or VHS? or That hero you play i HS?
