I have a friend who's 30 and plays dota 2 daily.

You still have 3 years. Quit if you can. Dota 2 is not a healthy addiction. But if you can't quit, don't feel bad about it.

Btw I'm 25 and still log in 80+ hours every 2 weeks.

Do whatever makes you happy.

Exactly, you just have to look around in this forum - a lot of people grew into their twenties, but already decided to stop growing up at the age of 11.
