play tinker. do not rely on your garbage team. i lost a game in 2k bracket as void because mid fed, aa ulted spawn 10 seconds before fights, and tide would stay in base when we try to contest rosh.

there is no magic thing to get you out, just get better and play to win. learn to abuse some hero like slark or meepo or kunkka or tinker, it might be easier.
advice not to rely on garbage team is fucking dumb, because these players are there due to being as "garbage" as their teammates. That kind of advice only works when you are playing on a smurf or boosting accounts.
seriously just work on improving yourself, mastering laning mechanics alone will get you pretty far - a good way is to make sure you can win Insane Viper Bots with any hero you pick. That caliber of laning alone should be able to get you to mid 4k.
at that level .
play mid heroes that can gank/snow ball & and have some kind of late game presence ...ember...qop....stormspirit etc,
rely on yourself.
never rely on the team
dont even expect them to buy wards,
buy them urself don't just whinge to them and go "ffs fucking useless supports"
when u reach about 4.5K people will be more inclined to play their roles / pick half decent lineups
PRACTICE IN NORMAL with these heroes if you're not that good at them otherwise ull just drop even further.
Acutally, I started with 3.2k MMR. But that daily challenge heroes dragged me down to 2.9k and now I'm in 2.8k !__!
im 2,8k too now. went from 2,6k. last 2 games with sf i bough courier before game started, upgraded it, and bough 2x wards. cant w8 to get out of this.
my advice is to play both ranked and normal games. i only play 1-2 ranked/day when im relaxed and i know i will win. if im angry, i go normal. dont spam ranked games, especially after a russian feeder killed all your mood.
dont play tinker unless you really know what you're doing (which i doubt at that mmr). it is a really mechanic-dependant hero and ppl at that mmr dont know/use all mechanics of that hero.

the reason why ppl hate tbds in 5k+ its cos they are mostly smurf who try to boost their mmr by artificial means...

doom is not that good at this bracket because people dont really use spells, its all about rightclicks, so you shut invoker down and there is riki, WK, Void and PA jumping on your face, no profit
but WK is great, people will use everything they have, all their ultimates, all their skills, then you reborn and rape :D
tinker is not good because you probably do not know how to farm properly with the hero and won't have fast fingers to kill dem people

how can you be in mmr hell with only 107 ranked games and only 5 ranked in the last 2 weeks?
hard to escape if you don't actually play ranked :D
