What is that match supposed to show? And why in the seven hells would you assume that you'd never get matches like this if you smurfed? Even better, the unbalance in this match (which wasn't even unbalanced until 25mins, at least XP wise) could be generated because there is a smurf playing in it, like a Sniper who read that it's easy to win with this hero and is on his glorious way to pubstomp his MMR to 4.8-5k.
