          to win with am you need to have at least 1k creeps and at least 12 items, otherwise you lose.

            -manta + abyssal, and use ult to kill linken so you can use the active (if you were really rich you could even consider putting your manta in a whole new chicken instead of selling it so you can still use the active)

            Not having both travel and bf in inventory aswell
            So either tread + bf, or travel + cuirasse/butter/mkb/daedalus (personnaly i'd go for a cuirasse in that game)

                yeah, i had like 9k gold i think, but was up against mega creeps, couldn't buy anything with storm zapping in and out, picking people off on the way

                  Any reason why you said tread + bf or travel + cuirass?

                  I always thought travel is must buy if you have 0 more slot for teleport scroll.

                    Anti mage has already fucking HUGE mobility (blink>haste in terms of speed, not to mention you can go with more direct route)

                    So as a dps hero you want to keep it the higher possible, so tread and not travel, however if for some reason, you need to increase your mobility even further, than you need to get something better for fighting then bf, and anyway unless against mega creep, bf is not needed to unpush very fast late game.

                    (so on a wide oppen map, since you know where will be enemy when they try to push something, you have enough time to react and come back)

                            Couldn't push without storm catching me out of nowhere with an orchid. They were ratting 3 lanes towards the end too.

                                      How did you loose that is the real question, the game was 70 min and the other team had no real late game, you had 3 carrys (if u count tinker) they actually had a good line up for killing an AM while he is trying to push, although that late in the game it would have taken 2 or 3 of them to actually burst you down.

                                      I am guessing that they took some of your racks pretty early (relative to the length of the game) when their team fight was still stronger than yours and that's the reason you lost, instead of fighting at that point you should have just gone behind them when they tried to push and killed the creep wave, or pulled it into the jungle with illusions to stop the push.

                                      Also why did you pick AM? this game your team had a tinker and an ember, and the other team had a lot to counter a split pushing hero. someone like silencer would have wrecked their line up.

                                      Those who are bitching about GPM and hero damage are kind of clueless, you were 6 slotted and had money for buy back, there was no reason for you to take more farm when ember and tinker still needed it, and as I stated earlier this was not a grate game for split pushing since they could actually kill you, once you had that much farm it was fine for you to join fights.
