Didn't you notice that Ability Draft also doesn't count towards general statistics and has been playable for much longer?

Behind in XP by 70K, was a total shit fight.
They do count, guy on Reddit made a smurf and played only ability draft, he calibrated at 4.6k.

It does display the game but does not count towards your lifetime statistics because why should it
