Just mine the tower when creeps are there and heroes aren't, you're not going to be a good rat with base 270 ms IMO.
Actually thats what I meant, just push and continually mine that tower, place a couple of stasis at the back just in case of ganks. I think this is the best way techies should be played.
1.plant your mines in the trees closeish to a tower.
2. have the tusk on your team snow ball the mines into something standing near the tower.
3. do it 8 more times.
His winrate increased from 37% to 43%, I think he's not that bad after all.
You just have to know how to play him...
And who to play him against.
