Challenge is to get to 5.5k while dealing with 4k'ers on my team every game, most of whom will inevitably spam their mics whenever something isn't to their liking

Doom and void are on my ban list every single game. SWM, Tinker, and Razor are secondary since they're "lane winners" but not guaranteed to win games unlike the first two.
As for DP/Necro, which will inevitably be picked in games, Drow, Sniper, or even Medusa works pretty well against those heroes (and let's be honest, nobody who frequently plays cm/cd will ever expect a Medusa pick).
Then it's just picking from a list of 15-20 heroes including but not limited to tide, sk, es, wk, ds, kka, treant, rhasta, silencer, lion, zeus, gyro, warlock, pugna, and veno.
I'm pretty sure I missed out on some heroes but that's ok.
edit: OK, given some further thought, I think every hero on dotabuff that has positive (> 50%) win rate is fair game, especially lich, viper, and cent since every 4k'er knows how to click a few buttons to be impactful.

Reason: cancer picking players with 4800-5300 MMR when their real skill is like 4.5k
