dual safelane: jugg + shadow shaman
mid and jungle/ancient at the same time: tinker
dual offlane: mirana + bane
Jugg + Stun is easy and reliable against non-trilanes.
Lina + CM is just hilarious though. They synergize really well but more importantly have great dialogue options with each other.
my friend and I do this quite a bit. Some of the best combos are:
Abaddon + Centaur (shield cent, hoof stomp, double edge, shield explodes, obscene damage)
Tusk + clock (snowball into cogs)
Tusk + cent as shown above
Counter enemy team is usually the best method. Like void + witch dr is a really sick team fight combo but you might want to rethink it if they pick skywrath and viper.
But my favorties are void + dr more for lvl 6 destruction than lane dominance but theyre fine in lane too.
Necro + bristle. Destroy lanes.
Necro + pugna. Destroy towers and lanes.
Bloodseeker + spectre. Ok these guys won't lane together, but being able to see the pickoffs or have blood dive and spectre jump in can be really strong.

as the title says, just want to hear some opinions which is the best hero combo for duo quene with the highest win chance
but with followng restricitons, it must be
dual safe lane
mid + jungle
dual offlane
i think i like ember + whisp or storm + io the most
