it stops u from putting more stacks up but does not prevent the ones that are alrdy up
if huskar cannot hit his target, he will be unable to apply the burning spears debuff, although Tinker will continue losing hp from previously inflicted ticks.

Does Tinker's Laser stop Huskar's orb during the 2 seconds? So if Huskar only attacked Tinker only during those 2 seconds of miss, does tinker still get burned?
