It definitely is.
At this point you won´t enjoy it, and probably enjoy ur life a bit less, but in 10 years you´ll thank yourself.
Quit dota. only play games with certain definite endings. I think playing games with no ending is bad because people who can't control them selves will keep go on and on until they ruin their life.
well it depends if you can control yourself, half of my stack are students in the top law school in my country and are doing perfectly fine
just focus on your studies and see dota as something you can reward yourself with after completing as assignment/essay
If you have terrible self control like me you're better off uninstalling.
Single player games are fun and you get bored after 2-3 hours of sitting there.
Self control, how good you are and balance are the key. I never stopped playing dota during my high school and I did well in my exams and got into The Uni of Warwick, which is like top 3 for maths in the UK, considering I never took gcses. Then I played dota for the whole term 3 and still got a first. :D

So I go to tjhsst which is apparently the best high school in the US. Is it worth it to uninstall steam and fuck video games completly and focus on school or should I keep Dota which is basically the only escape i have from all this homework and work and shit?? Need advice lol
