Pure concentration makes it hard to focus on the game at least that's my opinion

what RageZeus said and especially micro related things for me, if it is a hero i have not played fr a while

Tunnel vision is like default for me, damn, I wonder how I can even win games.

when im tired and rage to an extent...but i get the opposite if i identify someone extremely talented at dota or am playing some tournament against good opponents

I tunnel vision all the time, I just try to farm my ass off in lane, running through jungle, not paying attention to other team diving our tower to tp. Guess that's why I suck at dota.

Psycologically it's all about train of thought " i just need to do this before ".
