With TotalBiscuit & Pyrion Flax playing it, I was wondering how many doters been trying it? I really enjoy the game it's not as cancerous as LoL and the report/abandonment rate is really good.

Take for example the leaver rate: You get around 12 reports? for 1 strike (3 games with 4 reports) which nets 30 minute ban, 2nd strike is 2 hour, 3rd is 6 hour, 4th is 1 day, 5th is 2 days. Takes 14 days to remove 1 strike.

Compared to say dota, which takes an unknown number of reports. Say 2-3 games, a troll can get away with playing 2 per day or multi-accont his trolling ways across 10 accounts etc.. So what if he gets reported just x number of LPQ which you can freely leave. Or afk farm your fav. hero etc... Or get bored of your LPQ ranked account, just make another smurf and start out at 3.7k-4.8k MMR etc..

Volvo is not even IP locking or mac address locking or merging accounts suspected of multi-accounting/smurfing, which really just makes MMR and ranked game meaningilness. I mean if 60% of the sub 3k MMR are inactive accounts the last 90 days etc... It's just like [insert DB smurf account players] who have like 1 6+K account, 2 4+K account and like 10 sub 3K account.

Are you asking about the game itself or the penalty system? Or is the a backward opening sentence of criticizing dota's penalty system?

I agree that valve need to address the issues mentioned, but im just confused about your post, 1 sentence about the game in question rest is a rant? Maybe consider changing the topic to : Smite vs Dota [penalty system] since i get the feeling that is what you want to discuss.

It looks so shitty, like some 12 year old's game, no thanks. I prefer the depth of dota 2.
