Paste the URL in here http://steamid.co/ and copy the 32bit ID into the search and it will come up with the person you want.

In the past I could search for my dotabuff and other people's by searching their steam account name and not their profile name ( the name that is actually displayed to other people), but when I searched today I had to use the profile names for people I normally find with the steam account names. Is it just me or has anything changed?
